Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you create your account, with no card. You pick a plan when you are ready, and your store stays online in the meantime.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time, from Settings then Billing. The change is prorated for the current month.
What happens if I go over the product limit?
Your products stay online. We suggest moving to the next plan before you add new ones.
Does the AI agent really answer my customers?
Yes. It knows your catalog, prices and delivery times, answers in French, Arabic or English, and hands over to you as soon as a question goes beyond what it knows.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your customers, orders and conversations are yours. You can export everything as CSV and close your account whenever you want.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, from the Growth plan. You add your domain in Settings and we issue the certificate automatically.
