What's new

What changed recently

Every improvement you will see in your workspace, newest first.

  1. Inbox: labels, scheduled send, actions

Sort conversations with your own labels and filter by them. Schedule a message for later. From a conversation, create an order, send a card payment link or book an appointment.

    RFM segments

Every buyer is grouped by the recency, frequency and value of their purchases: champions, loyal, can't lose, hibernating… Filter the list, export a segment, and see the score on the customer profile with a suggested action.

    Orders: board, partial refunds, calls

Follow orders in columns and drag them from one step to the next. Refund part of an order, item by item, with restocking. Log your confirmation calls and see the refusal risk of cash-on-delivery orders.

    Help center and guided tour

Step-by-step guides for the store, orders, WhatsApp and marketing, with search. Open them from your account menu, where you can also replay the home page tour.

    Two-step verification

Protect your account: in Settings → Team & security, turn on two-step verification with Google Authenticator or a similar app. Ten recovery codes get you in if you lose your phone, and the team list shows who has it on.

    API and webhooks

Connect your ERP, warehouse or Zapier: create an API key in Settings → Developers to read orders, products and customers, update stock and tracking, and get every new order at your URL through a signed webhook.

    Automated flows

Build visual journeys: a trigger (account created, order delivered, birthday, inactive customer), then emails, WhatsApp messages, personal codes and waits. Four ready-made recipes: birthday, welcome, post-purchase and win-back.

    Email templates

Six templates in your brand, written in your store's language, and a block editor with your products, a promo code and a mobile preview. Use them in campaigns and flows.

    Loyalty and referrals

Customers earn points on every delivered order and trade them for a code from their account. Each also gets a referral code: the friend gets a discount, the referrer gets points.

    Smarter promo codes

Buy X get Y, tiered discounts, free shipping, first order only, a minimum amount and validity dates. Checkout tells the customer why a code doesn't apply.

Shopify and WooCommerce import, collection order

Import a Shopify or WooCommerce product export as is: variants, images, compare-at prices and SEO come along. In a collection, drag the products into the order your store should show them.

  2. Variants, descriptions and a Google preview

In the product editor, generate every size and color combination in one click, have the AI write the description in the tone and language you pick, and see the product as it will look in Google.

    A live inbox

New messages show up the moment they arrive, without reloading the page. From the conversation list's menu, turn on browser notifications and a sound so you never miss a customer.

    Clear status colors

Across the admin, green means done, amber asks for your attention, red flags an error or a deletion, and blue informs. Corners are a little rounder and menus float above the page.

  3. Back-in-stock alerts

On a sold-out product, customers leave an email or a WhatsApp number. As soon as you restock, they are told, and you see who is waiting in the catalog and on the product editor.

Orders: bulk actions, export, saved views

Tick orders to move, mark as paid or delete them at once. Export the list on screen as CSV, filter by period, sort, and save your favorite filters. A printable packing slip comes with every order.

    The admin on a phone

A bar with your four main areas and a "More" menu, and in the inbox a swipe to archive or snooze a conversation.

    Usage and invoices

The billing page shows what you use against your plan and your invoice history.

  4. Scheduled WhatsApp campaigns, A/B and funnel

Pick an audience by segment, schedule the send, test two templates, and follow sent, delivered, read, replies and orders. The automations (cart reminders, reviews, win-back) have their own page with a switch each.

    A WhatsApp-style inbox

Three panes, saved replies with "/", a draft written by the assistant, internal notes, product cards, assignment to a teammate, snooze and archive.

    Dashboard

Today at a glance, what needs your attention, a monthly goal with its projection, sales by channel and the assistant's scorecard.

    Eight storefront layouts

Souk, Fresh, Studio and One join Classic, Boutique, Editorial and Grid, with the Noir style. Every brand color stays readable: the text adjusts itself.

    The week's digest by email

Every Monday morning, the week's numbers, your best sellers and what is waiting for you. A bell in the menu gathers what happened in the store.
