Connect WhatsApp and set up the assistant
The number, the assistant's tone and when it hands over.
In Connections, connect your WhatsApp Business (Meta) account and pick the number.
In Settings → Assistants, give your assistant a name, a tone and instructions.
The assistant answers questions, suggests products and takes orders. When a customer asks for a human, the conversation shows as "waiting" in Messages.
Outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window, only templates Meta approved can be sent.
